- Support Worker
- £21,190 per annum (pro rata)
- Dover, Kent.
- Full time or part time hours available
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year’s experience required within a similar role.
**Support Worker - Job Description**:
The finished building at ground floor will be home for four adults with profound and multiple physical difficulties (PMLD) requiring complex 24/7 care, supported to live as independently as possible in the community.
**Support Worker - Main Responsibilities**:
- Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
- Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
- Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
- Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
- Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
**Support Worker - Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience in Care sector
- Driver not essential rather desirable due to the location of the service
- Cover early, afternoon, evening and night shifts
