We are advertising this Warehouse Assistant role on behalf of our client ‘CBES’. CBES (City FM) were established in 1985 and the company has grown to become one of the world’s largest privately held, integrated FM companies.

**Job Purpose**:
The purpose of the CBES F&S warehouse / stores operative will be to engage with all the relevant parties involved within the department to carry out the processes of booking in, storing & itemising and signing out of all the materials which are to be dispatched for delivery or collection.

This key position within the operations team will require the individual to deal with requests and carry out their duties in a safe, timely and professional manner.
- Itemise and prepare warehouse stock for deliveries to our client’s locations across the UK.
- Record and process deliveries received to the Chadderton office via the CBES booking in process.
- Collate, plan and promote communications for all stored project equipment to the department PM’s & supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe working warehouse area.
- Assist the restocking and replenishment of products and supplies reference projects and service departments.
- Undertake warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high for planned and spot check audits.
