Your new role:
**What you'll do**:

- Hours of work 07.30am to 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 07.30am to 15.30 Friday.
- Must be willing to work night shift / back shift if required to meet the needs of existing contracts and be available to attend evening or weekend calls outs if required
- To ensure that our client’s requirements are met and maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of various contracts.
- To undertake duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the client teams.
- To ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment and tools.
- To always operate with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, Waste Disposal etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of Robertson Construction Eastern
- Ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly Tasks are completed and returned on time to ensure compliance with contract KPI's
- To report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.
- The post holder will be required to maintain an awareness of RCE’s policies, procedures and objectives related to the successful delivery of the small works dept.
- To carry out any other duties assigned by your line manager in connection with RCE’s operational requirements.

**What you'll need**:

- Qualified Joiner with minimum of 5 years’ experience in all joinery works.
- Ideally experience in a similar role
- HNC or equivalent qualification in construction but not crucial
- Post Holder must hold a current CSCS Card.
- Post Holder must hold a full current driving license and be willing to travel.
- We would expect excellent Customer Care
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work safely at all times
- Ability to work within a team and take the lead.
- SMSTS & 3 day first aid preferred
