**The Role**

Greenergy are seeking to appoint a Receptionist Office Administrator to work with the Office Manager and run the day-to-day activities of the Immingham reception and assist the Office manager as required. This role would suit someone enthusiastic about workingin the Reception Administration field; someone who is keen to learn and enter an office environment and provide good internal customer service.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
All reception functions including: Ensuring a safe, tidy, professional and welcoming reception environment at all times. Greeting internal and external visitors.

Assist with induction and permit to work courses for contractors and visitors in conjunction with the site team, issuing access passes to visitors and maintaining the electronic door access system.

Provide general office and administrative services to the plant: photocopying, document scanning, data inputting, typing of correspondence.

Assist in procurement using Oracle Fusion system, Check stationery levels and re-order when necessary. Communicating with Engineers, Projects and Operations teams, to ensure ordered items have been received. Liaising with Purchase Ledger to ensure invoicesare processed correctly against the purchase orders.

Document Control - assist the Site Administrators with Sharepoint Document Management System ensuring all documentation is maintained to the ISO standard for Operational, Engineering, Business Services procedures and work instructions, updates, files andarchive.

Assist Training Co-Ordinator in the management of the training matrix, booking training and refresher course for colleagues.

Assist SHE Administrator with PPE Management, and booking Occupational Health appointments for new starters and reviews.

**Desirable**:

- Intermediate Knowledge of Excel and Word;
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook;
- Flexible Attitude
- Customer facing experience would be preferable;
