In the backdrop of sustained long term success, we are looking to expand our offerings in these sectores and are on the lookout for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Glasgow City Centre office
**OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW**
- Joining a highly experienced and established team, from day 1 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be working with industry leading clients to assist with a varied range of permanent and temporary vacancies across these sectors.
- IT, Scientific & Professional Services are demanding, fast paced and rewarding sectors to recruit within; these desks all offer a great degree of variety and autonomy for your career to progress to a more senior level in recruitment

**REQUIRED BACKGROUND**
Previous recruitment experience isn't required, ideally you will have experience in delivering excellent customer service and or have worked within a sales environment.
A genuine desire and interest to develop a career in recruitment is key, additionally if you had experience or an interest in professional services, Scientific or Technology that would be beneficial; all our Consultants all demonstrate a strong interestin their specialist sectors
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, enjoys dealing with people and can work towards targets. As well as this you will be organised, committed, team focused, be open and honest, and have the desire to build a successful career in recruitment.
**REWARD**
We offer a competitive salary in addition to an excellent commission structure.
Salary and package is dependent on experience, however all FPSG staff are offered an environment to build and develop their careers.
