**The role - Housing Officer**

We are delighted to be recruiting a superb full time permanent opportunity for a diligent and driven **Housing Officer** to join our team covering Oxfordshire and Swindon. This role will combine a mix of agile working from home, out on the field and office working.

As **Housing Officer, **you'll use your knowledge and skills to resolve a range of tenancy management challenges including: ASB, tenancy issues and changes, breaches and safeguarding. You'll balance your caseload with projects, aimed at keeping our resident's feeling safe and supported.

Reporting to the Housing Services Manager, you will need to be an excellent collaborator and communicator. We're looking for a highly skilled professional with experience of complex anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and tenancy management. You'll bring with you a commitment to customer service and a solution-focused approach.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- a proven track record in all aspect of tenancy management such as anti-social behaviour
- supported vulnerable residents to sustain their tenancies by referring to the right agencies
- dealt with tenancy breaches
- experience of prioritising and organising housing cases/risk
- the ability to be self-motivated and highly organised
