Job Purpose:
As a Growth Hacker/Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative marketing strategies aimed at rapidly scaling our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. You will leverage data-driven insights, experiment with various channels, and optimize our marketing processes to achieve exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and run marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Test and optimize marketing strategies using data and analytics.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign results to improve performance.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and growth strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and social media.
- Report on key performance metrics and share insights with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2+ years) in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a similar role.
- Expertise in growth hacking strategies and tactics.
- Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and user acquisition strategies.
- Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and take action based on findings.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Copywriting or content creation skills.
