**Salary**: £20,449-£23,690 (pro rata)

As the ‘Further Education College of the year 2019’, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who are passionate about delivering the very best experience to young people. We have an exciting opportunity within our support team to help support and assist with managing student behaviour and encouraging attendance amongst our learners on a permanent and term-time basis.

You will be responsible for promoting an optimal learning environment and acting as a deterrent to unsafe or unacceptable behaviour by monitoring designated areas. In addition, you will be required to provide individual support to learners and signpost learners to the relevant support needs.

To be considered for this role you will ideally holding a First Aid at Work Certificate and demonstrate the ability to respond to incidents/ accidents when required. You’ll also have experience in a similar role and setting. Finally, you’ll possess recent and relevant experience of working within a team as well as the ability to demonstrate good communications skills with persons on all levels.
