**Sales Team Leader**

**Salary** £26,000 - £32,000 +

**0TE** - £45,000 - £50,000

Monday - Friday (office based) 8:30am-5:30pm

**About the role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated, charismatic, Team Leader to join our well established client based in Trafford Park, leading a team of 10-12 B2B outbound Business Development Executives under a brilliant / supportive team manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist with the day-2-day responsibility for the performance of a Business Development team of between 8-12 agents.
- Work towards sales goals and revenues
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
- General management of the team including Training, Coaching & Motivation
- To monitor Key Performance Indicators and be responsible for ensuring both the necessary volume and quality of calls is achieved to meet company high standards.
- Create, develop, and implement new account acquisition and customer retention plans.
- To motivate, inspire and lead by example to ensure your teams success.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **MUST HAVE B2B SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience of running a successful sales team with individual team targets.
- Analytical with previous experience in preparation of sales plans and reports.
- Strategic, results driven individual with commercial business acumen.
- Proven track record in key account acquisition.
- Strong management skills, including performance management, coaching, succession planning and career development.
- Previous experience working within business development and/or account management.
- Track record of delivering results in fast paced, competitive industry.
- Understanding of CRM systems.
- Strong presentation skills.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
