**The Role**
As a Communications and Public Affairs Co-ordinator, you will promote and enhance the impact of our work by delivering communications, public affairs work and events.
Specifically, you will co-ordinate our social media, website content and press and media work to ensure a joined up approach to all our communications. You will build relationships with stakeholders and support our annual portfolio of events, working alongsideour Senior Management to deliver effective comms and develop strategies.
Additionally, you will support our work with policy makers and parliamentarians through co-ordinating parliamentary briefings and evaluating opportunities to increase our impact.
**About You**
Communications and Public Affairs Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Knowledge of the policymaking process and how to influence it
- Knowledge of the press and media, and how to secure coverage
- Knowledge of social media and analytics tools
- Basic design skills and familiarity with design software, such as Canva
- Excellent administration, organisation and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
Ideally, you will have experience in a communications or public affairs role and of co-ordinating successful influencing campaigns or events.
