Our **Birmingham** Capital unit has successfully secured new projects, and we have a permanent opportunity for an experienced** Painter **who** **enjoys delivering a valued service to our customers. You’ll be part of an established and friendly direct trades team working within residential properties throughout the** **West and East Midlands area, completing internal refurbishment programmes.

**The Painter and Decorator role**:

- You will be completing all internal and/ or external decorations on social, private and commercial properties
- You thrive off building relationships while you are working on public sites. Contributing to a positive team working environment and ensuring our customers feel safe and comfortable in your company
- Health and Safety is at the forefront of all you do, considering yourself, the team and the customers around you

**What you will bring as a Painter and Decorator**:

- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Painting and Decorating or similar professional body is desirable - extensive experience is also considered
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional environment
- Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the role, with the use of your own vehicle
