The Helen Bamber Foundation (HBF) is a pioneering Human Rights charity supporting refugees and asylum seekers who are the survivors of extreme human cruelty.
Comprising teams of medical, legal and therapy professionals, we support survivors through therapeutic care, medical consultation, legal protection and practical support and have built an excellent international reputation for doing so.
Users of our services come from over 90 countries and often face ongoing problems relating to poverty, destitution or unsafe housing in addition to their physical and mental trauma and complex, confusing legal procedures. We work on a 'here and now’ basis totreat each person with dignity and help them with access to health care, legal advice and human rights.
We are now seeking a Senior Corporate and Philanthropy Executive to join us on a full-time, permanent basis and help raise the profile of our brilliant organisation.

**The Role**
As a Senior Corporate and Philanthropy Executive, you will successfully establish new corporate and philanthropic partnerships, building strong relationships and securing income.
In this key role, you will build positive and productive relationships with funders, raising the profile of our organisation and securing corporate partnerships and/or gifts from high net-worth individuals.
Supporting the wider team, you will assist with the development of donor-facing communications and ensure donors have a best-in-class stewardship experience.
Additionally, you will:

- Expertly steward existing relationships with corporate and philanthropic partners
- Create inspiring content for our partners including case studies, pitch decks and short videos
- Research new funding partners and develop bespoke funding proposals
- Support the co-ordination of our flagship philanthropy and corporate event
- Plan and host meetings and programme visits for current and prospective funders
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for funders demonstrating their impact
**About You**
To be considered as a Senior Corporate and Philanthropy Executive, you will need:

- Experience working with high value donors
- Demonstrable experience of securing income from corporate partnerships and/or through philanthropic partnerships, with a focus on new business
- Demonstrable experience of successfully stewarding and growing existing relationships with corporate partnerships and major donors
- Demonstrable experience of creating written content that is bespoke and engaging, and that directly supports fundraising activities
- Exceptional organisational skills with experience of managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
- The excellent ability to communicate in writing and in person
- Excellent attention to accuracy and detail
- Good interpersonal and team working skills, with an ability to work independently and seize opportunities
- To be computer literate with experience of managing / maintaining databases and confident in using all MS Office programmes
- An understanding of, and commitment to, the objectives of the Helen Bamber Foundation Group
