**Sales Progressor - Based in Macclesfield**
**Part-Time | Set Weekly Hours**

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team - someone who knows the sales process inside out and takes pride in delivering a smooth, professional client experience.

**The Role**
You’ll manage all sales progression across our two offices in Macclesfield and Sandbach, overseeing each sale from offer through to completion.

You’ll liaise daily with clients, buyers, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors and our teams in both offices to ensure every move stays on track and stress-free.

**About You**
- You might be a conveyancer or experienced estate agent looking for part-time hours that fit around other commitments, such as school times
- A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
- Takes pride in providing an exceptional level of service

**The Details**
- Based in our Macclesfield office
- Part-time role with set weekly hours
- As a guide, hours are roughly **10:30am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday**:

Pay: £13,000.00-£15,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Estate Agency/Conveyancing: 1 year (required)
