Up and Away Aviation Services provide expert cleaning services throughout the UK, helping keep our commercial clients aircraft and brand reputation spotless.

As a Stores Operative your main responsibility will be to take deliveries and manage stock levels.

We are looking for individuals who can fulfil Full time or Part time roles Monday - Friday

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receiving all deliveries and checking the goods received.
- Ensure all stock is stored in the correct manner.
- Liaising with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies in stock.
- Keeping a detailed records of shortages and spares of items.
- Updating inventory management systems regularly.
- Picking and delivering goods by using a forklift.(training can be provided)
- Organising and delivering goods from the store to our base locations around the country.

**Key requirements**
- Forklift/counterbalance licence preferred.
- Experience working in a similar inventory or stock control role.
- Excellent organisation skills.

**Safety and Compliance Responsibilities**:

- Fully understand and comply with the company Health and Safety and Safety Management System policies.
- Co-operate with management to perform or comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Take reasonable care and necessary precautions for the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be affected by their actions or omissions whilst at work.
- Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided by the company in the interests of health, safety or welfare reasons.
- Report any work situation, equipment or activity that represent a danger to health and safety.
- Report any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents, or dangerous occurrences.
- Carry out work in accordance with company information, procedures and training provided.
