HRBP/ Senior People Advisor - Working from Home / Office base York £50k

We are currently recruiting for a HRBP/ Senior People Advisor to join a leading Tech firm aw firm based in York city centre. You'll work with the Chief People Officer to provide dedicated, efficient and proactive HR support to a a team of highly skilled

We are looking for someone who is passionate about positive results through people, and who is looking for an opportunity to build the people capability to deliver the future growth goals of the business.

What you’ll be doing
- Work with assigned teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation through an aligned People Plan.

Work closely with your business area and help it to implement the business strategy from a people perspective.

Develop meaningful relationships with key people in their business area, and the wider People Team.

Line management and development of junior team members

Use and provide data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change across your their business area(s).

Lead and implement practical measures to support employee engagement

Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency

Provide guidance on people practices such as career paths, restructures and succession planning.

Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy.

Working with the wider People Team to ensure that recruitment and onboarding activities run smoothly in your the relevant business area.

Lead and manage any complex ER issues.

Utilise your data analysis expertise to support strategic reward decisions

Provide advice on matters of pay, benefits, benchmarking and support gender pay reporting.

Implement talent attraction and retention campaigns and support development of the employment brand.

Ensuring that the HR System is a single version of truth for all people records and provides an accurate record of the organisation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00 per year
