**Job Summary**
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our team.

**Minimum 2 years dental experience required.**

This role requires a friendly disposition, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain an organised calendar.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management as needed.
- Support other departments with various tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

**Skills**
- Strong office administration skills with proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Good understanding of NHS rules and regulations pertaining to dentistry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- **Previous experience as a dental receptionist or dental administrative role is essential.**
