Dance Coach

**Location**: Bangor Aurora Leisure Complex

**Working Hours**: Casual, weekend work, as and when required

**Salary**: £17.79 per hour / £12.65 for party host duties

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a **Dance Coach** to join the centre.

Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a £38 m leisure facility which includes the development of Northern Ireland’s first FINA standard 50 metre swimming pool and a £15 m investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) administered by Sport Northern Ireland. The complex offers an excellent choice of sporting and leisure facilities. Employee benefits include career progression and reduced membership of the sporting and leisure facilities.

As the Dance Coach you will you be responsible for the smooth operational running of Dance parties for children while always providing a first-class level of customer service, to make sure they have an enjoyable experience.

There will also be a requirement for additional **Party Host** duties at weekends when no Dance classes are booked.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.

You will have good communication and customer care skills, have good health and safety awareness, as well as be able to work independently and as part of a team.
