Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself on working with some of the largest, global branded & own Fashion brands.

The objective of a Senior Space Planner is to help drive, execute and complete specific space planning projects within stores.

**Key responsibilities of this Senior Space Planner position -**
- Manage the day-to-day central Space Management and Matrix processes for premium fashion store
- Support the Senior Commercial Project Manager and linking in with the Buying, Visual and Commercial teams.
- Successfully deliver all store projects with effective planning and implementation
- Drive the definition of project tasks and resource requirements
- Interface with key department and business stakeholders to ensure communication and coordination of projects.
- Manage relationships with external partners as required.
- Ensure the Premium Retail Brand DNA is protected; strive to constantly improve the process and quality.
- Manage project deliverables using appropriate PM tool

**To be successful in this Senior Space Planner position -**
- Have 3 + years of retail project management & space planning is essential
- ideally have worked in a fashion on another premium retail environment
- Detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and work within agreed timescales.
- Good excel skills and the ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
- JDA experience is desirable but not essential
- Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation
- That you are flexible on travel to stores for projects and their offices are also central London based.
