**Health & Safety Purpose**:To take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your work activities.

**Main Duties**:

- Ensure that a quality service is always operated
- Always adhere to company policies.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Ensure personal appearance, including uniform, are always of the highest standard in line with company policy.
- Cover shifts when required (domestic, catering and Front of house if required)
- Ensure periodic and procedural cleaning is carried out correctly and in accordance with the agreed schedule. To include outbreak cleans and chargeable works requested by the client.
- Weekly food collections from London for patient catering, delivery to the requested sites.
- Delivery of domestic stock to all sites.
- Perform duties as assigned by the site supervisor or manager
- Attend on-going training as and when required

- Attend on-going training as and when required
- Ensure that the OCS safety image is reflected positively through your actions
- Ensure that you have received the necessary training so that you can competently carry out your duties and responsibilities. Acknowledge and accept a personal responsibility for safety.
- Take responsibility for reviewing the safe system of work prior to the commencement of the work activity.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose.
- Raise any concerns over Health & Safety breaches in accordance with Company Procedure.

**Group Safety Support**: You will be required to work closely with the Group Health and Safety team who are available to provide safety advice and support. Furthermore, you will be required to ensure that safety initiatives are implemented within your areas of control.

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:

- Ability to follow policy and procedures
- Willingness to bring concerns to corporate attention via prescribed channels
- Flexible Working
- Must have a full Clean UK Driving licence
