**Job Summary**

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will manage a talented team, lead by example, and work closely with management to drive efficiency, uphold standards, and foster a welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support the team, ensuring all staff provide high-quality service to our guests.
- Maintain smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, overseeing staff scheduling, training, and task assignments.
- Address and resolve any guest issues promptly and professionally, always aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement improvements in service delivery.
- Assist with inventory control, including ordering and stock management.
- Drive team motivation and morale by organising team meetings, providing feedback, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Driving recommended
