Customer Liaison Officer

Purdy Contracts Limited, part of Kinovo Plc, have an opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) to join their team covering in and around the Chichester area.
The CLO will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, Sub-Contractors, Client representatives and the site management team members and to assist the company to meet and improve their business plan KPI target. You will be site-based, engaging with residents, clients, sub contractors in person which may also include door-to-door engagement to check satisfaction of works and deal with any issues arising - resolving these directly, or escalating internally or externally as necessary.
This position’s primary purpose is to effectively assist with the smooth running and progress of the testing programs and projects, liaising with our Contract Administrators and Sub Contractors to ensure appointments are confirmed and attended.
**Duties**:
- To act as the main point of reference for Residents and Clients on the Contract(s) assigned, keeping all lines of communication open between all parties - whether verbally or in writing - to ensure smooth running of the Contract and works at all times
- Deliver prompt, accurate and relevant information through written and verbal correspondence to all relevant stakeholders
- To attend resident meetings, which may occur outside of normal working hours so a flexible approach to your working day is essential (overtime or time off in lieu will apply)
- To produce accurate weekly reports for on-going works for the Client and Contracts Manager, liaising with relevant staff as necessary
- To effectively source information from the Client to ensure correct information at all times exists between the Company and Client - challenging errors and effectively assisting to resolve
- To assist the wider Contracts Management team, to plan & organise sequences of works according to information received to ensure customer and client satisfaction
- Carry out written and photographic condition surveys of properties prior to works being carried out, and at various stages throughout the development
You will:
- Have a Full, Clean, UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Effective time management and planning of day’s travel and meetings to maximise productivity
- Have previous experience in an CLO/RLO or other Customer-facing Service role dealing with remote-based workforce
- Customer complaint dealing - experience of managing to successful resolution complaints from customers/residents
- Investigative, negotiating and management and leadership skills
- An understanding of retrofit/retrofit qualifications highly desirable
