This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading FMCG companies.

We have 3 roles that have become available in our EMEA Shared Service Centre across our Finance, Customer Fulfilment (supply chain) and Customer Financials teams (18-month rotational graduate internship).. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy professional winning team. The role has exposure to the whole business with project opportunities that will have you working in our supply chain and financial departments.

Based in Frimley, Surrey, we can offer you a 4.5 day working week, competitive salary, and profit share. **RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Finance**
- In this position you will have hands on experience working within Shared Services Centre, with exposure to how Finance have to take the lead in ensuring SCJs Assets are safeguarded and how is this done.
- Gathering insights on Finance partners within the business to add value
- How Finance benefit from LEAN/OPEX methodology to make improvements
- Working closely to and shadowing in each Finance team.
- Fully involved in specific activity in each area
- Attending BPRM calls/meetings in each area.
- Involvement in controls activity
- Understanding OPEX and being involved in a Kikai.
- Experience of an Automation activity.
- Maximise ‘formal’ learning opportunities.

**Customer Financials (Credit, Collections and Resolutions)**
- Learn how CFS partners with the business to add value.
- Understand the priority opportunities for process improvements
- Work shadow each CFS team and attending BPRM meetings
- Attend credit management review of at-risk customers with a cluster FD
- Be part of delivering continuous improvement initiatives

**Customer Fulfillment**
- Understand how Robotics supports business transactions in Shared Services
- Discover how Customer Fulfilment benefits from LEAN/OPEX methodology to make improvements
- Full training on complex Robotics supporting the front-end of SCJ’s EMEA supply chain
- Attend Business partnering calls/meetings
- Be part of delivering continuous improvement initiatives
- Work shadowing in Front-office Customer Collaboration teams
- Involvement in controls activity for CF
- We are looking for self-starter graduates who ideally will have done a placement in an FMCG business who have strong analytical skills.
- We are looking for you to show curiosity to able to get to the root of a problem and expand your current knowledge.
- It’s important that you have strong communication skills as you will be interacting with various departments within the business in the UK and overseas.
- We want you to be proactive in your thinking, taking a real responsibility and ownership for your work by using your initiative to make decisions and be personally responsible for them.

**We have 3 roles for a 18-month graduate internship with the potential to move into a permanent position upon completion of the placement.**
