Location: Home based using MS Office 365 and Teams

Reporting to Project Manager

Role Purpose: To support and mentor the Digital Team with the website development for the Reach4Work and Bucks Workability websites.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
With strong support of the R4W Team, and as part of the wider BuDS team:
Digital Work
- Work with the volunteers in webpage design and updates.
- Weekly meeting(s) with the Digital Team.
- Using Canva to create content and writing blogs for the websites.
- Regular catch-ups with all volunteers to check they have the support they need.
- Work effectively with the team, communicating the work being done, and needing to be done, using posts, task boards and messages.
- Use the task board/KanBan to keep track on tasks in progress.
- Setting tasks for the team.
**Person Specification**
- Knowledge and experience of working in website build/designing at either national or local level
- Working knowledge of using MS Office software (BuDS uses Office 365, Windows 10 and Office 2016).
- Strong planning and organising skills.
- Ability to build relationships and support others
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a wide variety of people including disabled people with impairments of all types
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and keep private information to themselves.

Part-time hours: 4 per week
