Machine Setter

The rates of pay is: £11.50 per hour

Main Responsibilities
- Carry out prestart checks and ensure machine is safe to operate
- Ensure machine is operating at maximum efficiency and follow **Standard Running Conditions** set out by the department
- Ensure workplace maintains high standards of GMP and hygiene & Health and Safety
- Support FLM to ensure smooth and safe delivery of production plan and carrying required quality

Other tasks may include setting up and monitoring equipment, filling machines, paperwork, decanting ingredients, using the SAP system.

Our ideal Machine Setter will have:

- Passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met.
- A good standard of spoken and written English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience of problem solving.
- You will be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.
- You will need to enjoy working at pace and have determination to take action and achieve results in a fast moving business.
- Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
