We are seeking a **Lettings Negotiator **to join our lettings and management team.

- Administration experience.
- Have a full driving licence

Industry experience is preferable but not essential as training will be given.

The role is to assist in the marketing and promotion of rental properties and successfully match the right tenants with the right properties. Broadly, it involves liaising with landlords, dealing with enquiries from lettings applicants, conducting viewing appointments, negotiating offers and tenancy terms, and administration.

The successful applicant will be required to carry out the following duties, though responsibilities may vary, so a willingness to be flexible is a must.
- Administration linked to the marketing, advertising and promotion of rental properties, to include ordering to let boards, and arranging virtual tours
- Responding to enquiries from applicants, sending out details and virtual tours
- Gaining information from applicants and matching the right applicants to the right properties
- Conducting viewing appointments
- Providing regular feedback to landlords
- Taking offers and negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and applicants
- Removing properties from the market when they are let and arranging for a ‘let’ board.
- Answering phone calls/helping customers at front of house
- Assisting the lettings team when needed

Hours will be a minimum of 25 -30 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings (where time will be taken off in lieu), and is based at our office on Whiteladies Road, Clifton.

Salary is dependent on experience.
