Kids Club Leader

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and engage with children aged 6 months to 12 years in a safe and welcoming environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Kids Club area.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's activities and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Kids Club space, including toys and equipment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment.
- Handle any emergencies or incidents according to established protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Level 3 in Early Years and Education
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
- A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven management and leadership abilities to effectively guide activities and staff interactions.

Pay: £12.80 per hour
