This opportunity is to join an excellent team, who are proudly delivering a high standard of customer services within a luxury serviced apartment brand.
Key responsibilities:

- Build and maintain excellent relationships with our guests, clients, bookers, travel agents
and colleagues. Raising awareness of our presence and products, that may lead to new
business opportunities and relationships
- Carry out show rounds for potential guests, bookers and travel agents.
- When required to seek for new business opportunities, prepare price comparison and other
market related activities
- Act as personal concierge assisting to book any services that guest may ask for i.e. taxi,
restaurant, babysitter etc
- Handling all incoming enquiries in a professional manner, maximizing occupancy monitoring
rates and ensuring availability on all channels
Act as a Duty Manager while on shift alone, in addition to offering
support to our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams
- First point of contact for all guests,
Providing excellent customer service by responding to guest enquires in a timely manner
and assuring our guests are accommodated to the highest standards at all times.
- Meet and greet clients at our locations, conducting check ins, check outs and apartment
familiarisation tours.
- Provide anticipatory service, being one step ahead of the guest and assisting with all their
required needs, including assisting with carrying shopping/ luggage and be an extra help to
guests as required
- Handle any complaints, escalate when necessary
- Work with Housekeeping to ensure that cleaning standards are maintained, conduct checks
on apartments prior to guest arrival; Ensure the cleaning standards and presentation of the
communal areas are up to the highest standard.
Keep reception, communal, public area and front of building clean, tidy and well presented
- To ensure that maintenance issues are reported and dealt with, and monitored as required
- Liaise with all other associates in Buckingham & Lloyds to ensure the smooth running of all
the apartments
- Act as a custodian to both buildings whilst on duty
- Take payments and reservations, managing extensions
Health & Safety:
Be aware of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, including Fire Evacuation requirements
Knowledge, skills, experience:

- Previous experience of customer service within a serviced apartment, hotel or hospitality
environment preferred (Ideally high end/ 5-star service)
- Excellent hospitality and communication skills - fluent written and oral English
- Strong customer service ethic
- Knowledge of hospitality in the area especially with local high-end operators, events and
activities.
- Can-do attitude and great problem solving skills
- Organised and proactive
- An eye for detail
- Diplomatic
- Level-headed, calm and pragmatic, exquisite appearance

**Education**:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
