I am currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant, primarily within Debt Support to join a thriving fast-paced private education business in the Tameside area.

You would be reporting to the Business Support Manager, and you will primarily be responsible for ensuring receipts are posted on a daily basis and that any outstanding payments across the settings are chased up as efficiently as possible.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Desirable_
- Knowledge of the early years education sector
- Current credit control and cash receipt legislation
- Previous experience working in a finance environment

**Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of curacy and attention to detail
- Ability to explain financial matters clearly and communicate at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel

- Driven to hit deadlines and have excellent time keeping skills
