**Role Overview**:
As a Guest Experience and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest's stay at Donnini Apartments exceeds their expectations. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests, while also driving sales and contributing to the growth of our business. Your main focus will be on delivering outstanding guest experience, managing guest inquiries and reservations, and maximising occupancy rates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional guest experience to all guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Donnini Apartments' properties, including room types, amenities, and local attractions, to effectively assist guests with their inquiries.
- Utilise effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into bookings and maximise occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues, escalating matters as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the property management system with relevant information.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of promotional materials and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a guest service or sales role is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle guest inquiries and reservations effectively, utilising multiple communication channels.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using property management systems or similar software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Schedule: - Rotational 5 over 7 Rota - Weekdays and weekends, day and evening
