Conveyancing Assistant - Wilmslow
My client, a Highly Reputable Law Firm who are based in South Manchester is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their highly successful property department.
The Role
- Deal with and respond to client enquiries
- Assist the fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads from inception to completion
- Assist the partner with New Build Files
- Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
- Deal with any admin and ad hoc duties
- Open and close files for the solicitors and fee earner
- Possess a minimum 6 months' experience within a conveyancing role
- Have experience dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to build strong client relationships
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
