This role will be working for one of our leading beauty retail partners and operate fully within their team, they are the first company to recognise one of the fastest growing trends in the world of beauty. With modern innovation allowing manufacturers to create devices that mimic the on-site devices used by professionals in salons, spas, and clinics, they have brought together a complete selection available for home use technology

**Who you are**

You're a passionate Social Media Content Creator. You're not afraid to jump on a TikTok trend. You know how to make a trending Reel work for one of the CurrentBody content pillars. You don't sit behind your desk just scheduling posts. You are responsible for all things social. You can spot the customer review that's going to hit a chord with our social audience. You know how to make hashtags work for us. You know how to keep engagement, and more importantly, grow it. Social content creation is your passion.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders in the business, collaborate with our Studio team, reporting to our Marketing Manager to make our social media stand out. CurrentBody is fast-paced and fun, with an ever-growing team. So we need you to be organised, hard-working and genuinely passionate about creating social content.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ownership of content strategy for vital social channels: Instagram, TikTok, supporting activity on Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn
- Produce on-brand, trend-led, nothing-like-we've-done before video and imagery for social media
- React to short-term trending concepts to capitalise on the momentum
- Leverage user-generated content, including before & afters, reviews, testimonials, etc.
- Maximise exposure of press coverage and influencer collaborations
- Working with the rest of the creative team developing and executing key campaigns throughout the year
- Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage exposure for hero brands and top-performing products
- Support on ad hoc content projects

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Proven record in creating scroll-stopping, attention-grabbing content across different social media channels
- Comfortable and confident creating camera-facing content as well as voice-overs for recorded or live content
- Proven experience creating content strategy backed by successful content pillars
- Know how to use Instagram and TikTok in your sleep, as well as the ins and outs of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and bonus points for YouTube
- Hands-on experience in creating and editing content - images, long and short-form videos, sound clips and other related media
- Experience with Google Analytics and in-app insights - you know what content works, what doesn't, times to avoid - all the industry best practices

**You'll have**:

- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or relevant experience
- Solid portfolio of content creation for consumer brands that shows you're not just another social media manager
- Ability to work well in collaboration with other creatives as well as on your own
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Analytical understanding to take learnings from strong and weak performance
- Determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Obsessed with current and creative social media trends
- Ability to take feedback and follow instructions
