Goodman Masson are representing one of the UK's leading housing associations in their search for a Building Safety Manager to join a growing team based in London. This is a hybrid role, which involves site visits, with the scope to work from home and manageyour own calendar.

**The role:
**The Building Safety Manager's role is to ensure the safety of high-rise buildings & their occupants. You'll be responsible for the development, management, and distribution of information relation to building & fire safety to residents and stakeholders.
- Oversight of emergency procedures
- Act as a point of contact for building occupiers and residents
- Comply with regulatory requirements
- Promote building safety

**About you:
**We're ideally looking for someone with experience in a Building Safety or Fire Safety role. Importantly, we're hoping to find someone who is proactive, a team player, and who can demonstrate perseverance.
- Professional memberships (IFSM, IFE) are advantageous
- NEBOSH Fire, CIOB Building Safety Management
- Experience working within social housing, and managing stakeholders
- Knowledge of BSM competency framework
- Fire Risk Assessment qualification
- Minimum of three years' experience managing risk
