**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

**Starting Salary**: £25,000 per year
**On-Target Earnings**: Up to £3,600 annually (after 6 months)

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our e-commerce and customer operations run smoothly and professionally—while learning the ins and outs of our business from the floor up.
- Support the sales journey: Help with order processing, customer follow-ups, and recommendations.
- Own admin tasks: Keep operations smooth and systems organised.
- Collaborate: Work alongside our sales, transport and warehouse teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Grow with the role: Learn e-commerce best practices, analyse competitors, and contribute fresh ideas.
- Assist customer complaints, resolving issues efficiently and turning negative experiences into positive outcomes that build trust and loyalty.
