**Job Title**: Gym Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
Staff Supervision: Provide help and guidance to the gym staff, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Member Experience: Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all members. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Communicate with customers through CRM systems to provide support, coordinate member events, strive to exceed member expectations and enhance their overall gym experience.

Facility Maintenance: Ensure and improve the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of gym equipment, facilities, and amenities. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols, including proper use of equipment, emergency procedures, and sanitation practices.

Operational Efficiency: Assist in streamlining operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and member satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies, merchandise, and equipment. Coordinate with the appropriate departments to restock items in a timely manner.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the gym owner and management to implement business strategies, achieve targets, promoting a cohesive team environment and assisting in the use of social media as a promotional tool.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff and members.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of customer service principles and safety protocols.

Passion for fitness and a commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Desirable Criteria**:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the fitness industry.

CPR and First Aid certifications.

Familiarity with gym equipment, maintenance practices, and operational procedures.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £7.42-£10.44 per hour
