The Business Analyst - VP will sit within the Private Bank Technology Division, which delivers change and technology across the product, advice and trade lifecycle to Bankers, Relationship Managers and Service Centres, and provide support for client on-lineand digital servicing.

The Business Analyst - VP will work closely with PB Product leads to understand the behaviour and definition of client facing products and implement the end-to-end model within a complex technology stack (dependent on the product). This includes definingrelevant elements of the Operating Model and designing strong controls and auditing across their workflows.

This role will be accountable for defining Business Outcomes and the scope of these on a project by project basis, adjusting to suit jurisdictional requirements, client impact, compliance, controls and quality.

Responsibilities include:

- Drive Business Analysis as a clear set of deliverables that are aligned to Business Outcomes, project objectives and business strategy
- Requirement identification, capture and prioritisation, balancing the need for flexibility with the need for certainty ensuring that they book products in a safe and controlled way
- Identifying and engaging with dependencies and interfaces between projects and programme work streams and identification of risks and issues affecting delivery
- Face Product Owners (dependent on project but includes Banking, Credit and Investments), Legal and other functional groups to keep appraised of the project, seeking informal feedback and formal approvals
- Act as a role model and coach across the wider team and functional partners

The Business Analyst - VP will be the conduit between technology and the business, for this area and will enjoy significant face time with senior stakeholders in the business.

Previous experience within banking and asset management is sought.

Knowledge of Charles River, Linedata / LGH / Longview would be advantageous but is not essential.
