**Job Overview for Fast Track Fee Earner**

**Fast Track Fee Earner's Duties**
- Manage a caseload of fast track personal injury claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely progression through the MOJ process.
- Conduct thorough assessments of claims, gathering necessary documentation and evidence to support cases.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their claims and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Liaise with third parties, including insurers and medical professionals, to facilitate the smooth handling of cases.
- Prepare and submit relevant legal documents and correspondence in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and case management systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with internal policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the department.

**Experience required for Fast Track Fee Earner**
- Previous experience in handling fast track personal injury claims is essential.
- A solid understanding of the MOJ process and relevant legislation is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
