We are looking for an experienced Credit controller/Finance Assistant to join our finance department
- Duties include;
- Processing and raising of sales invoices & credit notes
- Monitor & chase in client contract documentation
- Resolve any invoicing queries
- Posting cash daily and allocating to the sales ledger
- Dealing with queries in a timely manner
- Running debtors' reports
- Assisting with general ledger nominal reconciliations to ensure accuracy of the balance sheet
- Allocating daily credit card receipts to ensure accuracy of invoicing and assisting with monthly analysis
Desirable Skills:
- Enthusiastic, with a good work ethic - Team Player
- Experience in accounts receivable
- Confident with strong communication skills, experience dealing with customers' ideal
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- MS Office knowledge and experience
- Strong Excel user with the ability to manipulate data in spreadsheets and use standard formulas
- Location: Preston (current Bamber Bridge but potential relocation to New Office in the next few weeks to the Larches Preston)
