Our client, a global asset management firm, is looking for an ETF product developer to join their ETF product team.

**Responsibilities**:
Product Development
- Drive the development of new products and changes in existing products
- Collaborate in the ideation of new products
- Collaborate with the product team to oversee the accurate production of prospectuses
- Facilitate ad hoc meetings as needed to ensure stakeholders’ support and accurate information on new products and the development of the platform

Product Management
- Support the launch of products and changes in existing products
- Oversee the performance and regulatory compliance of existing products
- Accountable for managing and mitigating product and platform risks

Platform Innovation
- Accountable for innovation initiatives to the platform and key operating models as demanded by changes in the market and clients’ appetite
- Work across internal and external stakeholders to manage the implementation of processes and structures to support the development of new products and the development of the platform

**Requirements**:

- Experience in product development or management gained in asset management, a financial services provider, or consultancy
- Significant experience with UCITS regulatory requirements and operational imperatives
- Demonstrable experience in project management and impeccable organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders, up to senior management, as well as across departments
- An innovation-oriented problem solver who enjoys a collegial and entrepreneurial culture
- Experience with ETFs and/or index-based strategies is a plus
