**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee daily activities in the kitchen and café, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Train and mentor team members in barista skills, hygiene standards, and customer service best practices.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with food production planning to meet demand.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the kitchen
- Collaborate with management on any arears for business development.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

**Experience**
- Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry and has the ability to manage teams effectively (required)
- Barista experience 1 year (required)
- Management in a café setting (preferred)
- Have a strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
- Experience in stock management.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.45 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 14 per week
