**Behaviour Support Worker**

**Behaviour Support Worker roles and Responsibilities**:

- Support the students with their learning and daily routines in both indoor and outdoor provisions.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing behaviour, promoting respect, ensuring the safety of all students and differentiating the deliverance of the learning.
- Support the student with their social, emotional and physical needs as well as help support them with their learning.
- Evaluate pupil progress through various assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey, both to the pupil, other staff and have good clear and concise communication with parents/carers.

**Behaviour Support Worker Non-Negotiables**:

- Full-time availability and able to provide 2 professional references.
- Be comfortable with challenging behaviour and be able to navigate and manage children’s behaviours.
- Have recent, and relevant experience working with children or those with additional needs.
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Hold patience, empathy, and ability to build rapport with children.

Pay: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
