We're looking for a Foreman to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Network business stream based in the Southwest.

**Location**: Southwest - site based near Bath with travel to other sites on the contract

**Hours**: 45 hours per week, 18-month Fixed Term contract

**What will you be responsible for?**

As a Foreman, you'll be working on our collaborative delivery framework with the Environment Agency where Kier is acting as the principal contractor.

Your day to day will include:

- Ensuring construction operations and materials comply with Kier and client SHE requirements
- Ensuring effective correction actions are taken on identified problems
- Liaising with Construction Manager/Site Agent and delivery teams regarding construction activities
- Ensuring sub-contractors carry out their responsibilities to deliver Kier and client SHE and work requirements

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Foreman is great for you if:

- NVQ level 1/2
- CSCS card - experienced Supervisor or Manager and SMSTS
- Knowledge and experience of working in a similar role from a similar business
