As a **Senior Production Operative**, you will be an ambassador for Stoneglow, an expert in your operative role to deliver an amazing experience for our customers through our products, smash targets and go above and beyond to drive excellence for your team, and across the department. This is a blended role of production and warehousing.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Preparing work benches with materials for the jobs ahead.
- Put away materials after the job has been completed to correct locations.
- Cross checking stock accuracy of materials and finished stock counts on a daily basis.
- Cross checking palletised orders.
- Quality control.
- Ensuring all jobs are completed on time and meet our high expectations.
- Motivate your colleagues by demonstrating your knowledge and skill sets in your work and achieve targets
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards Company policy and process, including periodic updates.
- Support the Company to achieve a high standard of Health & Safety at work for yourself and your colleagues.
- Leading by example.
- Support your colleagues in their professional development through ‘buddy’ training.

**This role includes heavy lifting of weights up to 25kgs and moving pallets via pump tucks of up to one tone. This is a fast pace role in a manufacturing environment.**

**Working hours**:
Low season: Monday to Friday shifts - 8am to 5pm

High season: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays 7am to 1pm)

**Required experience**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic I.T skills and the ability to learn bespoke I.T systems quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and extremely efficient
- Confidence to work independently or as part of a team
- Stock Control (Beneficial)
- Microsoft Office (Beneficial)
