**Hybrid working**: 2/3 days in office
A bank based in central London who specialises in the investment banking services is seeking to appoint a Middle Office Analyst to report to the Head of Structured Finance Middle Office. You must have impeccable attention to detail and willingness to useyour initiative and influence to provide the middle office support.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Be the key contact for Transaction Banking Clients on their Cash Management, supply chain and reverse forfeiting activities for the day to day of the activity as well as the reporting
- Book and maintain trades in Middle-Office Systems when required
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements
- All required reporting
- monthly reporting to HO
- Ensure that a high level of interaction and communication is maintained with the Front Office to ensure full knowledge of developments in the business
- Ensure the necessary approvals are in place and all checks are performed before opening a new credit line or a new account.
- Manage draw downs and repayments
- Ensure all procedures are up to date and controls files in place in the proper directory.
- Perform necessary controls at the setup of a new transaction in line with modus operandi in place
**Key Requirements**:
- **Must be French Speaker**:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
- Knowledge on Cash Management activities or Supply Chain Finance
- Knowledge of Transaction Banking
- In-depth experience of reviewing Loan Agreements and associated documentation from an operational perspective
- In depth experience in the management of bank accounts
- Strong level of Excel (advanced - pivot table, formulae like VLOOKUP, sumif)
