Many of the firm have young families, some are semi-retired, so you will find they are highly flexible around family life and will **always listen and support those they work with.** **Your Duties** You will be tasked to oversee, and at times undertake Bookkeeping and Accounting tasks. Ensuring the timely and accurate finalisation of year end trial balances carried out by bookkeepers. Providing ongoing reviews of the accounting, bookkeeping and reportingfor larger or more complex clients. Have an active involvement in the classification of clients between Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 _with the Tiers indicating the level of support and review required of the bookkeeping and management accounts_. You will also have a strong focus in reviewing and overseeing "Tier 2" bookkeeping clients on a continual basis. There will be some hands-oninvolvement in fixing complex bookkeeping issues. Including, supporting the managing of the completion of clients’ trial balance, to hand over to the accounts team. **Next Steps
