**About The Role**

**Job Purpose**

To ensure all material and parts are controlled and managed in an organised and efficient manner within the stores area.

Working closely with the Stores Supervisor to ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to & monitored.

Ensure Daily Check are completed on all equipment & Facilities requests raised for repairs or improvements.

**Responsibilities**

- Adhering to company safety policies and procedures, at all times
- Good inwards - goods off load, verify against paperwork and verify quality
- Stock management - ensure stock is put away in applicable section of stores
- Despatch - accurately ‘pick’ goods for fabrication, site, assembly or spares
- Maintain target 5s standards for work area and identify and implement improvements.
- Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
- Stock counting - assist with the routine physical stock count and check stock levels on

Request.

- To adhere to CDE policy and practice.

**Required Criteria**

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar role
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic, energetic self-starter able to work on own initiative
- Available to work flexible hours and Clearance to work in UK
- Dependable and reliable

**Desired Criteria**

- NVQ level 3 Qualification in Warehousing/Stores
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Aisle Master or Bendi truck experience
- Material picking using handheld scanners
