This role is ideal for you if you enjoy helping customers over the phone. Your aim is to fix their issues promptly and efficiently by listening, building rapport, and asking questions to establish their needs. So, we’re looking for someone who enjoys talkingwith customers and resolving enquiries. To make customers feel valued and to show them that they are at the heart of everything we do.

**Your role as a Customer Service Advisor at phs Group**:
- Taking calls and building rapport with our customers each day on our contact centre. Fixing any issues quickly and efficiently, so customers feel valued every time.
- Basic computer skills are really important too We’ll help you learn the rest.
- Contact centre experience would be useful, ideally having longevity in a contact centre role.
- Most important is a can-do attitude, someone who really cares about the work they do for customers.
**In return for your commitment and expertise at phs Group**:
- A good salary of £20,000 in a permanent full-time position
- No weekend or evening working - great hours Monday to Friday (36.25 hours a week)

- Apprenticeship opportunities on completion of the probationary period
- Remote working from home may be possible after completion of the first 6 months of employment. You will be taking calls so you’ll need a dedicated work area at home for this.
