We are recruiting for Senior Information Governance Officers. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of day-to-day Information Governance services to a range of Commercial Clients, including Local Authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts and any other private or public sector organisation.
Specifically, this will mean providing face-to-face services with any Commercial Client including detailed reviews of Client operations in relation to Information Governance, analysis of risks and levels of compliance and preparation of reports with action and improvement plans. This could also involve providing training to improve understanding and awareness or analysis and advice on Information Sharing agreements, Privacy arrangements, Information requests (SAR’s), on-site Records Management and Data Breaches and Security.
Ideally, we are looking for individuals who have a background in Information Governance, including those with IT or Information Security, Data Protection or Records Management experience. You will be under the supervision of an Information Governance Manager and have extensive training opportunities available to you in the Information Governance field to further the quality of service we provide.
The roles are rewarding, and you will be working with a high performing team (under the supervision of an Information Governance Manager) who want to provide excellence in service delivery. We have been operating a fully remote service during the Covid-19 pandemic but outside of this occasional travel to our external clients in the South West is expected.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit two high quality information governance professionals to enable our business to grow effectively and increase our levels of customer satisfaction.
Your main place of work will be the award-winning, modern Civic Centre in Keynsham, halfway between Bath and Bristol, easily accessible via car or public transport, with a train station 5 minutes’ walk away. We also have access to offices in Clevedon and Weston-super-Mare.
