The Tafarn Morlais, is a busy pub and restaurant in the heart of Llangennech on the outskirts of Llanelli.

Black Mountain Catering Ltd will be taking over the Tafarn Morlais in July 2025, we are a business who strive to provide top quality service, along with our food and beverage offerings. **Bar Supervisor**
- Be confident to supervise and lead a team.
- Have fantastic customer service skills
- Have a good understanding of working with food and table service procedures.
- Have an enthusiastic and hard working approach to their role.
- Strive to go the extra mile for both the customer and the business.
- Be quick thinking and able to deal with situations swiftly when under pressure.
- Have a good knowledge of beverages and be able to deliver advice to staff and customers.
- Be familiar with touch screen till systems.
- Be reliable, honest, trust worthy and personable.
- Ideally have at least 1 years experience in a supervisory role.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and hospitality standards are met.
- Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee till operations and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
- Assist in food preparation and bar tending as needed, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Pay: £13.00-£13.80 per hour

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
