**About The Role**
As a Data Governance Analyst be a champion for data management and governance across the organisation. Supporting the Head of Data to bring the right business and technology stakeholders to the table. You'll be part of a team accountable for the development,maintenance and implementation of the Information Management Framework, and enterprise data governance policies and standards.
You'll work with Data Stewards, and other data specialists on growing data management capabilities to ensure effectives and adoption of the processes, tools and procedures in place, ensuring consistency of data improvement activities across the organisation.You'll be accountable for implementation and monitoring of Data Maturity actions allowing to quantify the growth of the data management capabilities and ensuring transparency and visibility of framework to the stakeholders., annd accountable for undertakingdata audits
**Main Interfaces**
- Designated Data Owners and Data Stewards within Business Units.
- All IS teams with direct input from PLAN team Data Architecture.
- Data security and Data privacy and internal audit leads at Cadent.
**About You**
You’ll possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Operational familiarity in the use of meta-data management, data quality, and data stewardship tools and platforms.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills with colleagues and Data Stewards and Owners
- Relevant industry sector certification
- Experience of working in an enterprise setting with company-wide coverage
- Experience of undertaking Data maturity improvement initiatives and understanding importance of the data governance bodies across the organisation.
