**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Finance colleagues in the development of best practice procedures and supporting reporting harmonisation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the Finance community through effective engagement.
- Provide specialist advice in developing new ways of working to facilitate harmonisation and standardisation of financial processes.
- Coordinate and facilitate/lead a range of activities which will involve information gathering, convening workshops, and liaising with a wide range of Finance collaborators, including documenting outputs of these activities.
- Identify difficulties faced by Finance colleagues in their daily Finance operations
- Support cross-delivery lead activities e.g., functional delivery areas, data migration and its associated activities, business change etc.
- Leading large groups of users to design, showcase and implement the solution, with its associated business process harmonisation and people change.
- Facilitating change management within Finance and answering queries/alleviating fears.
- Identifying potential threats and hurdles, informing their Work stream Lead, Functional Delivery Lead and/or the Business Change Manager in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of programme within Finance.
- Provide local expertise and support post go-live to support local users and embed best practice locally.

**Requirements**:

- Finance/Accounting qualification
- Experienced in a range of Finance areas and expertise in one or more areas
- Oracle/Workday or other large ERP Finance system experience
- Experience of working within the Finance department of a large corporation or government body as a Finance Business Partner
